In 2013, my friend and I set up an online store where we sold over thousand sets of the postcard. During the same year, I came to America to study. As the saying goes, "All alone in a foreign land, I am twice as homesick on this day. "Inspired by the homesick feeling, I designed a set of the postcards, which combines the American landscape with Chinese solar term. The meaning behind the postcards is that even international students are studying alone in a foreign country, our hearts are still connected with our family through our culture.
